The Hall of Ten Gentlemen is established by the wise scholars in my hometown. In front of the hall, there are pines and cypresses planted to symbolize loyalty and integrity; beside the hall, there are plum blossoms and orchids planted to represent purity and elegance; behind the hall, there are bamboos and chrysanthemums planted to highlight noble character. Inside the hall hang several ancient paintings, all masterpieces of previous sages, to show respect.
